He singlehandedly stunned a troll with his eyes closed and no wand. He pet a dragon. He jumped over the castle. James Potter can do anything.
the friends No one will beat the besties, which are Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. He likes people who don't make him mad, aren't evil and don't hate people he likes.
the lovers He loves Lily, but a boy needs a girl while he convinces the other girl that he's not evil, right?

She gets on to a certain degree with Sirius too, though he does have a tendency to annoy her. Perhaps Emily could be the voice of reason for James when it comes to Lily, the one telling him he'll have to calm down first before the red head will even bother looking his way...

-----------------------------Bellatrix and James Well seeing as James is best friends with her 'blood traitor' cousin, and therefore will know how much she tries to make his life hell, I can see these two not getting along very well. Maybe arguments and fights in the corridor? But then again, James is a Pureblood, so I can see her being quite sly if they end up alone together, constantly telling him he could have a much better life if he came over to 'her side', which I'm sure James would have something to say about. Let me know what you think!
