With the first note safely in the hands of a Gryffindor and on the way to Emily, Chase made a hasty exit. Hopefully, it wouldn't take her too long to work it out. He almost ran to the astronomy tower and had to stop to catch his breath when he got there, bend over, hands resting on his knees. Damn, he thought he was fitter than that. He quickly pulled the next note from his pocket and used a little charm to pin it to the plain wall at the base of the steps leading up to the astronomy tower. He wasn't about to make her treck all the way up just to come back down again. He didn't want to treck it either. Besides, the weather was awful. He stared at the note for several seconds and worried. Would she even understand it? This really wasn't it strong suit -this who 'riddle trail' idea someone had once told him about. Damn... she'd probably end up in the completely wrong place. Then what would he do? Regardless, he left the note pinned and headed off. It wouldn't do him any good if she caught him here. Em,
How easy did you think it was going to be? You’ll have to search the stacks for me.

Emily hadn't taken too long to change into something more appropriate for a date, though she'd easily admit, it had been a little bit of struggle, after all since she didn't know where they were going or what they were doing she hadn't known what to wear, but in all honesty was extremely happy with her final choice. It wasn't over the top, it was perfect she thought, and couldn't help but wonder what Chase would think, she hoped he'd like it.
Luckily for her, the corridors were strangely empty much to her immense relief, it meant she was less likely to bump into someone she knew who'd push to know where she was going, dressed like she was now. Reaching the steps that lead to the Astronomy tower, she looked towards them with a frown, her eyes catching on the wall before she'd even taken her first step up the stairs. Pausing she turned around, it was a folded piece of paper, and usually she'd leave it and carry on her way, but she reached out and took it from the wall, glancing around her as she did.
Unfolding the paper, she saw her name and chuckled as she read the note. Clearly Chase was making this the kind of date she wasn't likely to forget in a hurry and that made her smile. Shaking her head she folded the note over again, holding both the first and the second note in her hand as she turned on her heel, walking away from the steps. With a small sigh she chuckled and shook her head, brushing her curls over her shoulders as she walked, biting down on her lip,
"Off to the library it is..."
