HEIGHT: Above average, he's around the same height as James, maybe a little bit taller.
WEIGHT: 175lbs...he's solid with plenty of muscle thanks to plenty of workouts.
APPEARANCE: Sirius is a tall, well built, darkly handsome kind of guy with long, lustrous hair that just touches his shoulders, he has striking grey eyes and an air of "casual elegance". He has sort of an aristocratic beauty about him, which is actually an attribute passed down through his family.

He is normally seen around school wearing a grin on his face, his eyes hold a mischeivous glint in them, usually a dead give away him and his friends are up to something. Sirius is extremely handsome and charming, so much so he can usually talk his way out of sticky situations. He's also been known to charm the teachers into lessoning his punishments when he's caught doing something against the rules.His striking good looks mean he's an extreme hit with the ladies around the school.

Sirius is extremely muscular, thanks to hours of Quidditch training, running and various other exercises. Sure he may like to come across as lazy, and not very bothered about his appearence, but in secret he likes to take care of his body, and underneath all them clothes it shows.

When he's not wearing his school uniform, Sirius tends to sport certain muggle clothes. Not because he really likes them but because he knows how much his family hates it, and he doesn't want to fit into the perfect mould his parents expect him too. He does tend to go for Muggle Band shirts, and jeans.

PERSONALITY: Sirius is a true Gryffindor, he's brave and loyal to a fault. He's also reckless, impulsive and hot-headed most times, especially when it comes to his friends who he is passionatley protective of. Sirius may come across as shallow to most people, but again his friends are his world. Sirius never felt like he fit into his family, he thinks and feels different to them, since coming to Hogwarts and meeting James, Remus and Peter, Sirius finally understands what family is and what it should be and he considers all those close enough to consider friends, family.

Sirius is known as a ladies man though he never really dates, sure he's had a couple flings but nothing really to earn himself such a nickname. He gets a lot of attention from the girls around the school but again he often finds he has other more interesting things to do than chase after a skirt. He's an all around flirt though and does chat up some lucky girls but usually that's as far as it goes, pulling pranks is way more interesting. Though one day, not that he'd ever admit it, he would like to find a nice girl, though prefarably someone who likes him...he doesn't want to end up like his poor friends James, chasing someone who clearly isn't interest.

He's extremely funny, witty, and extremely intelligent, not that he lets anyone see the smart side of him. If one thinks about it, looks at some of the pranks him and his friends pull they'd see the smarts behing most of them and it's not just Remus who has the brains.

Father: Orion Black, 46, high ranking Ministry official, Voldemort supporter, Slytherin.
SIBLINGS: Regulus Black, 14, Slytherin, Hogwarts Student
CURRENT RESIDENCE: 12 Grimmauld Place. Right now Hogwarts school.
HISTORY: Orion and Walburga were actually both Blacks by birth and second cousins. They had two children of which Sirius was the oldest with Regulus being the younger of the two Blacks. The entire Black family believed strongly in pureblood eltisim, they refused to consort with Muggles and looked down on Muggle Borns, in fact they even disowned their family if they turned out to be Squibs. Sirius however always rejected these type of values, so even from a young age there was deep conflict between him and the rest of his family.

Growing up Sirius did what he could to rebel against his parents, well his families beliefs and would put permanent-sticking charms on Gryffindor banners, as well as pictures of Muggle girls in bikinis and motorcycles, as well as various other Muggle stuff on the walls of his room to emphasise his differences from the family and well, obviously in a bid to annoy his parents. Sirius pretty much hated his family, he didn't get along with any of them, especially his Mother, so his childhood as opposed to his brothers, was extremely miserable so getting his letter to Hogwarts was pretty much a way out for this Black.

Sirius was sorted in to Gryffindor much to his delight and it also proved to people, who were ready to label him, how different he was to his family and how different his values where. This also helped to strengthen his brand new, flourishing relationship with James Potter, whom he had met on the train. The boys bonded immediatley over their instant hatred for Severus Snape and before the end of the Welcome Back feast it was fair to say Sirius had finally found himself somewhere he felt he belonged, and he knew in his heart that him and James were set to become the best of friends.

As the years went by, Remus and Peter also joined the two boys and they all named themselves the Marauders. Sirius although not someone who likes to show he's intelligent, he actually really is and is passing by in his classes with no problems, he just has a weak attention span and prefers to fool around. Sirius doesn't understand James long time obsession with Lily Evans and takes the chance to tease his friend insanely over her, but other than that lets James get on with it...as long as James doesn't slack when it comes to pranks, then Sirius is a happy guy...
