PERSONALITY:
HABITS: He has a constant impulse to ruffle his hair back, raise his eyebrows and tap his foot. He'll also tap his wand against any surface within reaching distance.
PET PEEVE: He loathes the mistreatment of others, and losing a Quidditch match will put him in a foul mood as well.

• Brave
• Loyal
• Intelligent
• Courageous
• Kind
WEAKNESSES
• Impulsive
• Stubborn
• Head strong
• Short Tempered
• Irrational
TRAITS:
B R A V E- Aaron would willingly throw himself into any situation, no matter the cost if he believed he was doing the right thing. He would risk everything for a proper cause, or for the people he cares about.
C O U R A G E- Aaron has the nerve to stand up to people who are setting the wrong example for others. He doesn't tolerate bullying and isn't afraid to put someone in their place. He hates arrogance and ignorance as well, and isn't afraid to sit someone down and let them have it.
S E L F L E S S- Aaron will do anything for anyone he cares about, no matter how stupid or risky. He is no stranger to risk taking, and if someone is under threat he will do everything in his power to keep them safe.
I N T E L L I G E N T- Aaron is smart. Very smart. So smart, in fact, that his cousins often wonder how he didn't end up in Ravenclaw. He has a mastermind for plans, pranks and tricks that word flawlessly and efficiently when put to the test. He has little problem passing courses, he only fails things because he doesn't like them.
C O N F I D E N T- Aaron knows who he is and shows it. He doesn't hide, doesn't shy away from other people. He expresses who he is and isn't afraid to share it with others. He has an easy, go with the flow nature that shines through and often affects those around him. All in all, he doesn't have many social problems.
C H A R M I N G- Aaron knows just what to say and exactly when to say it. He's calm, relaxed and not afraid to flatter anyone, even when they don't deserve it. He's sweet, kind and tries his hardest not to come off as a jerk.
S T R O N G- Aaron is very muscular, so it only makes sense to have strength. He can take a punch as well as give one, and is no stranger to physical violence. Although, now that he has become a Prefect his days of fighting have come to an end. If anyone upsets him he just hands them a lovely little detention slip. Seeing as it's hard to get Aaron upset, it's mostly Slytherin's that find themselves with his slips. His strength and size made him questionable when it came to being a seeker, but he proved his speed as well before being accepted onto the team.
H O T - H E A D E D- Aaron can become angry, fast. If you really irritate him, he can lose his head quickly. It's not a pretty sight, his entire head often turns scarlet and he mouths off every vulgar word he can think of. Becoming a Prefect as shortened his rants, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes.

BIRTHPLACE: Worthing, West Sussex, UK
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Spalding, Lincolnshire, UK
HISTORY:
Aaron Bailey Knight was born to Anora and Bowen Knight on September 25, 1990 in Worthing, West Sussex, UK. He was the second oldest of five children to come, his older sister Brooke ranking superior. The Knight family was known for it's grand size, so it wasn't a surprise when Anora and Bowen added five more to the mix. He and Brooke were good friends, able to cooperate at the two year difference they had been born too. She took care of him as an older sister should. When she received a little kitten for her birthday she had barely batted an eyelash when Aaron had come to her, screaming and crying his remorse for accidentally killing it. She taught him respect, compassion and nobility, and he would never love anyone more than his older sister. His mother, a house wife, was always home with them and spent her time preparing hearty meals and spreading warmth and love among the two. Their father was a smart, quick and well accomplished man that always set aside time to take them out to new places as well. He grew up with wonderful early years, spent peacefully in his lush backyard sheltered by the numerous Maple trees that altered it into a sanctuary.
Aaron was introduced to his cousins at an early age, and they quickly became close. At first it was only He, Brooke, Hector, Ian, Vincent and Carmen, but soon his younger sister Scarlet came and his cousin Rebecca. They were followed closely by his younger brother Hunter, his cousins Ariana and Winston, and soon his youngest brother Silas and cousin Holly were with them. With the entire "gang" together, they really started to bond and have fun together. They were close, as all family and friends should be. When Vincent's love of Quidditch began to develop, they all begged and pleaded until they received little toy broomsticks, and soon they were all zooming around and have their own little Quidditch games. They always had fun together, whether it was exploring the neighboring woods, having a Quidditch match or talking of Hogwarts and magic. The older children always kept everyone occupied, and soon the cousins were inseparable.
And then everyone grew up. At first it was gradually, and they lost Brooke, Hector, Vincent and Carmen to Hogwarts as they turned eleven. The Cousins all gathered tearfully at platform 9 and three quarters to see the First Years off. Talk of who would be in what house was passed around cheerfully as they prepared to board the scarlet train. Brooke had been given a large snowy white owl named Tippet so she could write. Aaron had been kept well away from the new animal that would become much more important than the kitten. It hadn't been real to him at first, that Brooke and his cousins were leaving. At first it had all been fun and games, he had played around with Brooke's new wand and hidden in her new trunk to scare the living daylights from her when she opened it. He had poured through her new books easily, trying to figure out what she would be studying. And when she finally left, he was startled. He cried all the way home from the station.
With the absence of the older children, things slowed down for the rest of them. They still had fun, but not as much as they would when they were complete. Aaron did, however, begin to take special care of Silas. His brother was...different then the rest of them. It worried Aaron, who cared so much for his family. And so he became to Silas what Brooke had been to him. When his brother tried to drown chipmunks in a bucket, Aaron stopped him and told him how upset it's children would be when they didn't come home. When he got lost in the woods, Aaron was the first to find him. As they grew, they got real brooms, and their injuries increased. The older children returned year after year, and the younger children eagerly awaited for the day they would join them. They had all been placed in Gryffindor, a much celebrated event amongst the family, who had all gone through the house of red and gold. Gryffindor became the necessary house for everyone to be in. And then, suddenly, it was Aaron's turn to go.
He purchased a wand from Diagon Alley, 7' Rowan and dragon heart-string. It was a thrilling feeling to have a wand of his own. He bought his robes, his books, his parchment and quills. Everything he would need for the year. Like Brooke, he received an Owl. It was a large tawny colored barn owl, a female that he called Finnegan. He grew to love the owl, just as the owl grew to love him. And then he was off to the Scarlet train. Silas was more upset than the others, but it was to be expected. He had hugged his brother tightly before setting off. And after that, it was absolutely magical. Hogwarts was amazing, everything was perfect. He was sorted into Gryffindor which brought round after round of approval from his family. He excelled in his studies and loved it in the castle.
Before he knew it, his entire family was at Hogwarts with him. He had tried out for Gryffindor seeker and been accepted, much to the approval of his cousins. It was wonderful having them all there, the group was finally back together. Everyone was excited for the year Silas and Holly would join them. Things were going beautifully. And then, Silas was sorted into Slytherin. It was an absolute shock to the family as they watched him make his way toward the cheering silver and green snakes, and oh so terrifying for Aaron. It would make a dent in their relationship that could never be repaired. The more he tried to talk to Silas, the more he found his brother pulling away. The revelation of how the world really is was a shock to Aaron as well, who had grown up in such comfort and safety. He became determined to right in the world in whatever way he could. Year after year he returned to play Quidditch and pass all his classes with outstanding marks, and things wen't wonderfully, as usual. Yet recently, Silas has taken a turn for the worst, and Aaron finds himself unsure of who his brother, his world, his family and his self really are.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE: Bright warm yellow lights shined from within the large white house with the black rimmed shudders. It was dark, nearly midnight, and snow was falling fast from the darkly clouded sky. A bright green wreathe hung from the door knocker, signifying Christmas. To Aaron, he had never had a better time. His parents, aunts, uncles and grand parents all sat in the main dining hall, laughing and chatting and eating pastry and drinking fire-whiskey. It was a war sound that flooded the little yellow sitting room the entire family's cousins had attempted to cram themselves into. The oldest; Brooke, Vincent, Carmen, Hector, Ian and Aaron himself sat on the comfortable green couches while Hunter sat sprawled in the matching green arm chair and the rest were scattered on the floor. Paper plates accompanied every person, some containing pastry flakes and others containing bits and pieces of apple pie that had never made it onto the fork. Crystal goblets accompanied the paper plates, and odd set to combine, but no one cared either way. The majority of the goblets were filled with butter beer, but Brooke, Vincent, Hector and Carmen had opted for fire whiskey. To Aaron's great amusement, every time Vincent would set his Goblet done Hunter would sneakily reach forward and down the remainder of the fire whiskey, much to Vincent's oblivious frustration. It was a time when they were happiest, The Christmas Holiday. There was no studying, no exams, nothing but each other's company to relish in. At the moment everyone was busy laughing and speaking warmly and heartily to one another, taking breaks to sip butter beer or fire-whiskey or in Hunter's case, both. Everything had been going fine, wonderfully actually, until Ian had opened his mouth.
"To Gryffindor!" He had hollered, raising his goblet. " May the other houses cower in terror at the strength the Knight and Abbey family have brought to it, and may we be recognized by it's glory soely!" He had finished, clinking his goblet to Hunter's triumphantly.
At first everything was okay, everyone toasted to their house and laughed and drank eagerly. Until Ian's glass exploded in his hand, scattering glass shards in all direction. It became ominously quiet instantaneously as everyone's head swiveled toward Silas. The dark haired boy stood angrily, green eyes flaring and wand raised threateningly. Once again, Ian spoke.
"Oi! What the bloody 'ell is wrong with you!?" He had thundered, pulling glass from his hand.
Silas had just lowered his wand, turned sharply on his heel and stormed from the room before opening the door to the backyard and stepping out into the cold. Aaron was immediately on his feet, pulling on his robes and taking out his wand before he turned and walked after him, casting a glare at Ian, who was sharply elbowed in the ribs by Brooke. As Aaron opened the door and stepped out, the cold hit him like a shock. Snow fell rapidly, and as the House lights faded he found himself stumbling through the darkness.
"Lumos" He had muttered, and then raised his illuminated wand tip to his chest as he glanced around for his youngest brother. After a while he saw his footsteps, and soon caught up to the angry boy marching away, shivering like mad.
"Silas! Stop right now. You're going to freeze to death!" He had shouted, grabbing his brother's shoulder and jerking him back. Silas had just turned and shoved him hard. Caught off guard Aaron was shoved into the snow, his wand falling from his hand and it's light fading.
"So I'm not a part of the family anymore?" Silas asked angrily, his eyes flashing angrily as he muttered "Lumos." and his wand brought his face into view. Aaron was shocked to see tear streaks streaming down his face.
"No, Silas. You know he didn't mean it. You know how Ian get's sometimes." Aaron said quickly, still stunned that Silas could have had enough strength in him to push him down. Silas was shaking his head, fast and angrily, more tears flowing from his eyes and freezing to his cheeks.
"No! He did mean it. You all hate me because I'm Slytherin. You don't act the same around me anymore. You act like I'm dangerous. You act like it's wrong that I'm different. Well you know what, Aaron!? I'm proud that I'm a Slytherin. I wouldn't move house if they paid me." He said, his voice raging angrily. Aaron's hand reached out and grabbed his wand as he stood up, shaking the snow from him before he reached forward to grab his brother's shoulder.
"I know you are Silas. You should be. There is nothing wrong with being in Slytherin. It's just going to take some time to get use too. The entire family has been in Gryffindor. Merlins Pants, Silas, you can't take it to heart. He wasn't thinking." He said softly. Silas said nothing, just looked down and frowned.
"And no matter what happens, Silas, you will always be my brother, and you will always be a part of this family. Slytherin or not, we love you. And we always will." He continued, reaching out to hug him. Silas didn't respond for a moment, but eventually his younger brother's arms found their way around him.
"Aaron?" The younger boy questioned softly. Aaron just glanced down at him expectantly. " Can we go back inside? I can't feel my legs." The younger boy said, shivering madly. Aaron just laughed, ruffled his brother's hair and turned the both of them around before they started off towards the warm and brightly lit little house that would always be their home.
