ACTIVITY CHECK #4 It's that time again guys, but this time things are being done a little differently, so listen up! You have until Sunday 22nd July to post in this thread, and you can only do that if you fall within the new rules, so here goes:
- All canon characters must be in an active thread
- For a thread to be considered active it must be minimum of 1 week old, or have more than 5 replies. Longer running threads must have had at least 1 reply within the last 10 days.
- Any thread created after the start of the Activity Check doesn't qualify, and any thread which has had no response for over 10 days doesn't count.
- If someone has a legitimate reason for being away/not replying within the time then they are safe.
- For those with multiply characters, half of the total number must be in threads, including all canon's.
- If your character/s don't fit within these rules then they risk being deleted at the end of the Activity Check.
- You must prove that you can keep up with the posting requirements for what characters you still have, or wait a minimum on 10 days before remaking/reclaiming your previous character.
- This means that if canon's are claimed by someone else within those 10 days then you can't take them back.
- These new rules are in place to keep the site as active as possible and to see that everyone stays within the Alohomora Rules for posting.
Edit:
- For new members/new accounts, just leave a note stating that the character account is new, we don't expect you to be able to fully meet the requirements in such a short space of time.
- If you have just finished a thread within the last 7 days and your character is not yet in a new one, link the old one and leave a note with the date it was completed.
- If there is a reason for absence/lack of posting then, again, leave a note explaining why/the circumstances.
- Adults/Professors can be classed as plot-required characters, therefore they also are not expected to meet all the requirements, canon or not. The rules first and foremost apply to students.
