[/color][/b] Emo would pretty much sum up Ash. He’s got the black hair with the long, sweeping fringe, the pale skin, the snakebite piercings, the skinny jeans and the band tees.in-depth appearance:
Ash is really slim but without being skin and bone, but he’s in no way a fitness freak. His most common form of exercise is jumping (though he calls it dancing) around like an idiot to heavy metal and playing air guitar.
His dark look has had him mistaken for a Slytherin a time or two which is greatly unappreciated by him. He’s from a Ravenclaw family of ‘good guys’ and he intends to keep up with the trend.
He’s most noticeable for his emo appearance rather than for any truly striking good looks, though he’s not bad looking either. He’s all for piercings and can’t wait till he’s 16 to start adding some tattoos to his look.

[/color][/b]It depends completely on who you are to what side of Ash you see. His close friends see the hyperactive and crazy side of him while others see the quieter, more reclusive side.in-depth personality:
Being a Ravenclaw Ash likes school and learning, and he’s lucky to be the type to do well in classes without masses of studying giving him plenty of free time to do what he likes to do.
Ash enjoys spending time both with others and alone, and he’s likely to be found in rather unusual places. If there’s anywhere in school that students rarely go to, chances are you’ll find him there.
He’s a bit of a daredevil at heart though looking at him usually you wouldn’t be able to guess it. If he’s given a challenge or dare he’ll give it a shot and luckily for him, he tends not to get caught. He just doesn’t look the type to do such things so he isn’t suspected of them. Sometimes, he gets bored and dares himself to do things and he isn’t above setting up small tricks and pranks around the corridors.
All in all, Ash is generally a nice guy who likes to make friends with people and have a ton of fun, even if he can seem very quiet and antisocial at first.

- Bands. Especially the tops which he collects. He’s not one for big name brands but he’s hardly ever seen without something ‘band’ on.
- Chocolate and lots of it. Talk about guilty pleasures. If there’s some new kind of chocolate Ash will try it and most likely love it too.
- Girls and guys. To be totally honest, he’s not too fussy. What he does like, is being close to people and having a good joke on, a laugh, a bit of a flirt, and being a complete tease. His poor roommates endlessly suffer his madness.
- Life. He’s not a super depressive emo like often stereotyped. He’s quite the opposite. He doesn’t hold anything against life and prefers to live each day as it comes than dwell over the past. He likes life and living and just being alive. ‘Nuff said.

- Being mistaken for a Slytherin is always pretty high up on the list of things Ash dislikes.
- Tons of homework. He might be a Ravenclaw but even he doesn’t like being completely bogged down with work.
- Classical music and opera are definite no no’s.
- Stereotyping. Just because he looks emo doesn’t mean he’s super depressive and slits his wrists and stuff – so don’t generalize.
- Traitors and cheaters – friends, whatever type, shouldn’t have these qualities if they want to be considered friends any longer.

Starting Hogwarts was a dream come true to Ash as he’d read about it and heard so many stories. That, and he was bored being stuck at home while Rho was gone for a year. Now, the two of them can cause trouble together and life if great.
