Leander nodded. "I'm in forth." She wondered what year Trent and Lachie were. Were they... 5th? "Emily... the one in 5th year? Blonde?" Leander shrugged. "I've seen her around but that's about it. I can't say I've ever spoken to her."
A friend of theirs? More? What did it matter really, they were just making small talk more than anything.
Closing her eyes she enjoyed the sun until the cold breeze hit. At her exclamation she heard Trent ask what was wrong. She watched blankly as all of her notes scattered around and blew off across the grounds. "My notes..."
(OOC: So this is really terrible and short and blerg, but... Ya know... >.< )

Still teetering somewhere on the edge between wakefulness and sleep, Trent leapt to his feet and started grabbing at the papers as they fluttered past him. He'd already collected a small handful before he woke up enough to remember that he was a wizard, and as a result could do magic. Well, he thought to himself as he pulled out his wand, this is quite embarassing.
"Accio Leander's notes!" Settling himself back down on the grass to wait for the spell to work, Trent smiled ruefully at Leander and Lachlan. "Raised a wizard and still I sometimes forget the whole 'I can do magic' thing."
(ooc - a) sorry its so short my muse is deddddddddd and b) do we want to start wrapping this thread up soon?)

She really should have done something rather than sit there a watch as her papers flew off in all directions but it wasn't until Trent had started grabbing at them did she think to grab the rest before they all blew away.
At Trent's comment she nodded and smiled to herself. Now there was a truth and a half. Though, she wasn't raised as a wizard. Not even as a witch. But you'd think that after three full years being surrounded by it that she'd have become accustomed to using it.
As her papers began to fly back from where ever it was they'd been swept away to she plucked them from the air until she had quite a jumble on her lap. She looked down at them all, her fingers toying with the edges of the top sheet. She could see already that some were mud-stained, grass-stained, water blotched... Some were even ripple through from catching on various things during their windassisted escape.
She let out a sigh on frustration. Well these are pretty useless now..." She glanced up at Trent. After all the time he'd just spent ordering them for her, and her foolishness had allowed them all to blow away. She let out another sigh and looked down. Transfiguration really wasn't friends with her right now...
