Kingsley rolled his eyes and grabbed Ashton's arm. Not out of aggression, but just to make sure they guy stayed put until Kingsley had said what he wanted to say. His remark had kind of irritated Kingsley, mostly because he felt foolish for not thinking of that sooner.
"Okay, so I just want to get one things straight." he said, then he took a deep breath. "I get it, this was nothing special, just a normal routine for you. And as much as I may not like it, I'm not going to make anything more of it. I'm not not going to take any action against you, I mean, it's not that big of a deal," And you could probably kick my..., but of course he didn't say that part.
"But neither," he'd let go of the guys arm by this point, but he made sure Ashton was looking at him when he said his next part, "Am I going to forget it, and if it becomes too much a problem in the future," he gestured vaguely with his hands, figuring Ashton would get the message.
He wasn't going to end it like that though, it wasn't really his style. "So are we cool?" he held out his hand.

Ash watched with a rather amused look on his face as Kingsley spoke. "Action? You mean you're not going to go and tell the closest teacher I dumped a bucket on your head?" He grinned. There'd been quite a few times over the years when people had decided to go and tattle on Ash for the things he'd done, and Ash either charmed his way out of them, or the professors turned a blind eye to it, deciding it was too much hassle to write up for.
Ash raised an eye brow and waved his arms in much the same way Kingsley had. "Yeah." More arm waving. "That. Sure." He shook his head. He wasn't all that worried. Besides, what did the kid really think was going to happen? The Ash was going to make him his life long victim or something? Nah, he preferred just setting something up and waiting for whoever came along next to set into his trap.
He looked to the hand held his way before taking it. "Cool as daisies, mate. Now go get that stuff off before you spass out from the itches." He grinned. He'd been covered in that stuff before himself. The longer you left it and tried not to itch it the more aware of it you became and it made you react in the weirdest ways…
Ash looked sharply towards the stairs he'd just come up when he heard a loud shriek and lots of cursing from below. He grinned wickedly before looking back to Kingsley. "That's my cue to leave." He started to walk away but stopped and turned back. "Oh, and you should be grateful. That bucket was pond sludge." With a shrug he turned and whistled away, enjoying the sounds of cursing from his latest victim downstairs.
