Both are 5th year prefects, so not only to they have several classes together, they also have to work together on a regular basis outside of regular hours. Both have clean records and good grades, and while they're not about to be all pally-pally and friendly, I think there'd be a mutual respect between them at the same time as dislike. The dislike stemming of course from their different blood status's and backgrounds. But, Narcissa's not the sister who wants to be involved with all the fighting and hate, so she's not someone to worry about.

As for the crush, that's just Charity. Her eyes are open towards anyone and she's not too fussy. She wont do anything that's not wanted though.

Not the best of friends...well that could be a bit of an understatment, right now Sirius enjoys winding Lily up, he's calmed down on the pranks around her but this is purely down to James as Sirius wishes to avoid any kind of falling out with his friend especially over a girl. Though he'd never admit it, Sirius does have a bit of respect for Lily and will defend her if called upon by James...but only then.
