Millie smiled brightly when Charity laughed, enjoying the sound probably a little too much, it was a truly musical sound. It was certainly a sound she knew she'd love to hear again, and again. "You escaped did you...well I'm sorry for interrupting," she joked, smiling as Charity began skating backwards in front of her.
"Well don't worry I won't talk about school work, I'll end up annoying Tay with all of that later." she laughed lightly, knowing her friend would most likely kill her for it later. She usually did it just to annoy Tay as well, it was the funniest thing watching her getting so wound up.
"So when were you thinking we could escape to Hogsmeade for the night?" she asked, actually excited at the prospect of sneaking out after curfew, though it was likely she'd be slightly more reluctant closer to the date, she didn't break the rules ever. It usually wasn't worth the hassle she got from her parents, though for Charity she was definitely going to make the exception.

Charity grinned at the other girl. ”Unless you want to talk about muggle studies, then I refuse to talk about anything school work.” She leaned in closer to Millie even as they still moved across the ice and she bumped noses with her softly and giggled – typical Charity craziness. ”Is Tay the one who Lachie is seeing now?” She’d seen Lachie with someone these days but she didn’t know exactly who she was, and she hadn’t much of a chance to speak with him for a while.
"So when were you thinking we could escape to Hogsmeade for the night?"
Charity just grinned. ”Eager miss.” She stuck out her tongue and then laughed. She really rather did enjoy spending time with Millie. ”How about sooner rather than later? Classes start on Monday so… why don’t we make the most of this weekend to get in some last minute fun?” She winked. Of course, fun would probably just mean the sneaking out and having a drink thing, but Charity wasn’t above flirting for the sake of flirting, even is she wouldn’t get a reaction from Millie. She was probably crushing on some guy as it was…

Before Millie could respond to Charity's comment about talking about school, the other girl had bumped noses with the surprised Ravenclaw, before giggling softly, probably completely unaware of the effect she was having on Millie. "Yes that's her. I'm happy they finally got it together, Tay's been crushing on him for a while." she said fondly, unable to help smiling when she thought of Tay and how much more happier she'd been as of late. Lachlan certainly was having a good effect on her best friend.
"I'm always eager for a night of fun..." she said, sticking her tongue out at Charity, returning the playful gesture. At her suggestion she smiled softly and nodded her head, "Sounds like a plan...finish the holiday with a bit of a bang." she joked, as they glided across the icy lake. The idea of spending more time with Charity filled her with a warmth she hadn't felt before, though she was battling not to get her hopes up, Charity was more than likely straight, just extremely friendly which was great, it wasn't as though Millie could get herself too attached to someone romantically anyway.

"Speaking of crushing, who's caught your attention as of late miss Millie-Dillie?" Couldn't hurt in asking, right? It could just confirm one way or another the truth about Millie. Besides, Gwen could always be helpful and try to get this little beauty a date with her chosen crush.
"Saturday it is." She winked as they skated further around the lake. They'd almost done a full loop now. "After lunch. Meet me in the entrance. I'll lead you to the Narnia of Clothes they call my wardrobe." She grinned and looked Millie over once again. "I can't think of a single thing that wouldn't suit you..." Millie really was stunning, wasn't she? Where did she get such gorgeous looks from?
