The strong winter winds whipped the soaked edges of a panicked young girls cloak around her ankles, whipping her cold flesh as she hurried across the school grounds with bare feet, toes sinking through the grass into the mud as she neared the castle. Rain fell hard giving the girl the appearance of having been tossed into the lake. What was her rush? Surely nothing at Hogwarts could be scaring her, this was a place of learning and safety.
Bellatrix pushed off of the tree she was leaning on, rain drop sleeking between the leaves above. She could not see the poor girl she had just dunked into the lake repeatedly but she heard the slamming of the castle doors and assumed the girl had made it back somewhat safely. That will teach her. Bellatrix thought to herself, a little smirk slithering across her lips, the memory of the girl screaming was almost too much for Bellatrix, she was tempted to start dancing in the rain, oh what a rush it had been, treating the poor dear like that, but she had deserved it, Bella wasn't sure why, but everyone deserved some form of punishment for some reason or another, this poor girl just so happened to catch Bella in a particularly sadistic mood, though the girl hadn't known it was Bellatrix of course, she would probably speculate at such a thing but Bella kept herself hidden at all times, though Bella's particularly menacing laugh had probably been a bit of a give away. Regardless, Bella had enjoyed her time down by the lake today while everyone else up at the castle had their evening meal, though she briefly wondered why the other girl had been walking down by the lake, she'd seemed a little upset, but then Bellatrix remembered something, something that lifted her momentary somber mood - she didn't care!
With a cackle into the night, Bellatrix started heading back up to the castle where she saw a figure in the far distance, another playmate perhaps? Bella would let this passer by go today, she'd had her fun down by the lake and to be honest the little bit of heel that her boots had kept sinking into the ground with each new step she took. It was mildly frustrating but previous memories of the girl screaming as she was dunked into the ice cold lake was most amusing. Bella somewhat hoped that the girl would get hyperthermia and die but she knew that she wouldn't be so lucky, not this time around. Bella was still yet to make her first kill, she was close, she had to be, she felt ready but had been told now was not the time. Bella would do anything for her new master, the mark she wore on her arm, the dark mark, she wore out of love and passion, the dark lord was her new obsession and she would do anything, absolutely anything to please him.

This was a near impossible task, trying to get out to go to Hogsmead without being seen. Since she never bothered with a cloak not at this weather, she was fine in just long sleeves shirt and jeans. It took all her strength to keep her balance and the cane was helping too. As she came out, she heard someone running in nearly colliding with her. The nearness of the hysterical girl made the seer stop as an image came into her head. A girl, in fact somebody hidden in the trees. She didn't know the name of the person but she saw that and she saw that the poor girl had been nearly drowned by being dunked several times over. This pissed her off very badly but she was not about to start something not now with the wind blowing and she was at a disadvantage. She stumbled but let her cane keep her balanced. "Probably a bored slytherin" she muttered letting her blond hair whip around in the wind she was almost tempted to start shooting off spells, almost. But the thought that she might not be the only person around that could get hit was something that kept the Hufflepuff where she was. She didn't need to hurt innocent people. When the winds died down, she heard two Slytherin boys she knew by voice and a hysterical Hufflepuff. They were casting jinxes at her and whatever and now Roxanna got involved. She pointed to where she heard the voices and protected the girl from them. She then practically ran over picked up one of the slytherin and threw him into the castle and did the same to his companion. As for the girl, she let her rest near the wall. "I'll let them get a few head starts and get you back inside...don't worry" she soothed. There were many things that irritated her, just having heard two slytherins pick on a younger girl did not, in fact it infuriated her.

Bella snorted at the sight of a girl she could see fighting off two boys, two slytherin boys. It was a shame that two of her own housemates were bested by a Hufflepuff but they were weak, they had to have been, after all this little blonde girl seemed to be nothing special and she had a cane! A cane for Merlin's sake! How tough could she be really? Bella was willing to bet she was a giant softy and that she just caught the boys through a rush of adrenalin, however it was never wise to underestimate your opponent, not that she was Bella's opponent ... yet.
Bella approached the two girls slowly, looking them over as she did, the attacked sat against the wall while the defender, the champion if you would, stood. Bella could have some fun with these two, they both seemed weak and that wasn't Bella underestimating them, it was just a little theory she had that she wouldn't mind putting to the test at some point, some point rather soon-ish.
"Having a bit of a rough time were you ladies?" Bella smirked as the cold wind whipped her winter cloak about her, the strong breeze blew her hair forward and to her left, sweeping it all away from her face as she stood, looking at the two girls. She could take them both out in a heartbeat, she could flat out kill the pathetic one against the wall and have some fun slicing up the blonde, it would all add up to a fun evening for Miss Black but the thought of possibly getting caught wasn't such an amusing one, after all she had just taken a girl for a swim she didn't want to get caught so close to the castle cutting up a delicate looking Hufflepuff. Besides, there'd be blood and Bella did not want to get her fur lined cloak filthy dirty with what she assumed to be tainted, filthy blood.

The Seer turned and opened the door. She let the other Hufflepuff girl go inside. She didn't like for younger kids to be mixed up in the troubles she went through. True it was not a private fact that she was targeted by Slytherins but she still didn't want to make her private fights with them a public knowledge. "What is your issue?" she asked. Her words made her sound tired as she pulled her hair out of her eyes. She knew that some Slytherins were more of an anss then others. She needed to be careful plus, she didn't want to cause a scene. She gripped her wand ready to defend herself. "I might be blind but I'm not stupid" this was a friendly warning. Few Slytherins had gotten into the hospital wings because they had over looked the fact that she was blind. They didn't realize that not having one sense increased the other four. She really didn't want to have this fight if she could help it. This was going to be a long day weather she wanted it to be or not. As she stood not doing anything she grew more anxious. What would happen? she wondered how good she would be in a fight. She hadn't had an all out fight with a Slytherin yet, and she really didn't want to go there. She only hoped that someone was around that would intervene if things got outta hand if it ever get that far but she would try and fight this battle by herself, at least there were no innocent bystanders around. "You know, it's not good to start drowning people for your amusement" she said calmly.

God, was this girl a Gryffindor or something? Sending the victim off to safety so that the two of them were left alone. How utterly, utterly foolish. Now there were no witnesses to whatever Bella might do to this little blonde thing, however the girl that had just run inside had seen Bella's face and so it was probably an idea to be a good little Slytherin this evening, but then again if there were no witnesses then Bella couldn't be soundly accused of anything untoward, just suspected.
The girls voice was quiet over the noise of the winds but Bella caught every syllable and laughed softly to herself, but it was only then that she realised that the walking stick wasn't for walking, it was actually to help the girl navigate her way over obstacles and such. Bella laughed again, louder this time so that the girl could hear. This was Roxanna Lewis. Bella had heard about this one, Bella made it her business to know about people and how could anyone not know about Roxanna? That blind Hufflepuff girl.
"Well luckily for me I'm not starting out, I'm more of an expert." A wicked smirk travelled across Bella's lips as she twisted the meaning of Roxanna's words. On a night like this Bella didn't like Roxanna's chances of winning a fair fight and what was worse was that Bellatrix Black did not fight fair. Roxanna would have so many things working against her that Bella hardly thought it fair to be face to face with her, though only the sound of Bella's voice would give away her location because her movements would be drowned out by the wind, rustling the trees, the bushes and even the grass. As far as unfair fights went, this was probably the most unfair Bella would ever enter in her life time, but who was she to judge really? It was only fair to Roxanna that Bella allowed her to fight, be it an unfair one or not, Bella didn't care because she wouldn't change her style for anyone, not even a helpless mole like Roxanna Lewis.
